I'm a Norgie!

And the stress is lifting off my shoulders and flying far, far away.  Today, after 14 months in Norway, I am a Norwegian resident!  There's a visa in my passport, a personal number on its way, and I am signed up for Norwegian language courses.  I am officially official!  Until this point, I had doubts it would happen, but I now know that things are on the up and up.  We are well on our way to being better than "ok", more than "making it."  It's as if I can feel the life pouring back into my veins.  Oh, happy day!

It has been a rollercoaster 14 months - a rollercoaster I was frankly tired of riding, and, for those who have read these blogs and ridden the rollercoaster with me, I really thank you.  I have been given a lot of support, in more ways than I can really put into words, and I am not sure I would have made it through all of this without it.

This month proves to be a busy one.  I have barely had time to write and suspect I will have even less time in the coming weeks.  So, during the brief hiatus I may be taking, please know that I will be back, better than ever, soon ready to share more stories with you!  In the meantime, thank you and Happy Holidays to each of you!  My Christmas came early this year, so I am starting the celebration...NOW!
